Surprised to see Liton has been left out. Shanto has not really done much to be considered at this level.

Why Muktar keep getting selected for A-team? He is not good enough as a bowler or a batsman.

Why is that idiot Nasir wearing his shades when the rest aren't ? No wonder kheltey geley kisu dekhey na ar out hoy!

Good to see Nazmul back. It's about time. He is our best bowler after Mashrafe.
Also pleased to see Abul back, he was unfairly dropped after his 100

Would have been good to of seen liton here but at least we'll get a look at mosaddek. Good to see nazmul there and abul. Soumya' performance will be interesting, he's done alright in A team matches of recent times so another good performance will get him even more noticed.

It's not Nazmul the opening bowler, it's 16 years old left hand opening batsman Nazmul Hossain Shanto. He currently opens batting for Kalabagan Cricket Academy, alongside Nafees Iqbal.

Abul yet to get a wicket in DPL. His Rupganj bowling partner, Mohammad Shahid looks much better atm. IMO, Shahid-Shafiul should open bowling for BCB XI.

My batting line up would be -

Anamul
Soumya (to create a left-right combo, plus he did well against Zim-A as an opener)
Shamsur
Shabbir (since he is in the ODI squad, should get chance to bat higher)
Nasir
Shuvagata
Rony
Mosaddek
Abul
Muktar
Shafiul (to slog at the end if needed)

Shahid (as a bowler only)
Shanto (may be exchanged for a tailender if we are threatened to be all out early)

Abul wasn't unfairly dropped - he had a stress fracture on his back.

Sabbir gone. He struggled to score against John Nyumbu, and finally became an LBW victim against the same bowler.

34.1Sibanda to Nasir Hossain, SIX

Nasir mone hoy khepse, he gotta prove a point here. by the way, BD only declared squad for 1st and 2nd ODI, from 3rd ODI BD can pickup Nasir and drop someone else if they want to play Nasir in WorldCup.

May be it wasn't easy to play early morning (moisture?) . Thats why Zim choose to field after winning the toss.

Sabbir seems to be Nasir's twin...wiry, athletic as hell. I think he's talented and should get a go. Hom really doing well too. If these 3 can compete for the finisher/big hitting role we will be in business!

He got out playing against spinners on the 28th over, on a Chittagong pitch, don't see how early morning was an issue here.

Sabbir talented, sure. But he is lacking maturity at this point. Keeping WC in mind, he is hardly a good choice at this point

Terrific cameos from Abul and Muktar, if abul improved his bowling he could be that pace all rounder we've wanted. Great to see nasir hit 60 also in quick time. 300 surface easil gettable if one zim batsmen plays a long innings.
