Congrats! Sucks he missed a 10for by 1! Someone post the highlights.

And now this kid. Man we just pick up these SLA's, use em and chuck em out like tissues. Only Razzak survived the days, even with all that criticism. How long will this kid survive before he's figured out, then misguided, mishandled and replaced? We have the best SLA in the world in Rafique and BCB can't hire him as a spin coach?

He looked like Rafiq with his action today running fairly fast onto the crease and then delivering his slowish flighted rippers. What a performance! Keep it up.

Unlike the other two Taijul relies more on line and length rather than anything flashy. If taken care of he can become a spinner better than Shak.

True. Fantastic performance by him. First with ball then with bat.

Great performance.
Also must praise the selectors. We dont often agree with them, but they ve made a good decision persisting with him. It wouldnt be unnatural to go for Saqlain Sajib given his destruction of Zimbabwe A just a month or so ago. But selectors kept faith in Taijul and the youngster showed why he is a national team spinner. Good luck Sohag Gazi!

the kid has more fire in him, than most others. new found golden boy. hope he stays humble and practice harder everyday to keep up the good work. razzak's days in test cricket are finally over, possibly ODI too...

Batted with guts too. Seems like a sensible guy-thus hopefully can provide some cover for us with the bat at number 8.

Definitely saved our blushes this match. But I've noticed any left-arm spinner from our streets can outfox Zimbabwe batsmen. I'm going to withhold any judgement on him until he faces more stern opposition.
