Strange batting order for BCB XI, put all the inexperience in the middle but had experience come in late, reckon they would of been better off having nasir or hom higher up for a bit of experience, mosaddek should have got a chance as well, certainly deserves it more than rony, soumya and shabbir.

Except for the first over from Shafiul, Shahid-Shafiul pair doing a pretty good job to create pressure on Zimbabwe. RRR is already well over 6.

So more like a part timer, if he bowls like that he needs to bat like nasir otherwise we need a better pacer. Guess he's not the pace all rounder we're looking for then.

Then again nasir isn't that bad, a little more focus on bowling and he could bowl some overs every match.

If abul can cut out the couple of loose deliveries he bowls every over then we could have a good fast bowler in him

wasn't wise to pick abul, back from strain after long time played only 2-3 games before this. Releasing all the pressure.

2 balls out 6 is a high percentage of bad balls. If everyone could cut out loose deliveries at will then Mcgrath wouldnt be so famous

If you look at abuls overs you notice that every over there are one or two balls that go for 4 or 3 and the rest of the over is pretty good with either dots or 1s, he needs to find a way to minimise the loose balls.malthough he still has a problem with taking wickets but that maybe solved by bowling less loose deliveries.

How do the none greats survive then? Most solid or really good or great international fast bowlers don't bowl very many loose deliveries, it's not something only greats can achieve.

Its like saying if Ashraful could cut out the loose shots he could become a very good batsman.

Abul can't resist bowling a wide half volley or one on the pads atleast once an oover..

Lets hope he does. I guess in theory all bad bowlers could cut out bad balls and become decent.

I don't know why abul is picked again, he might be fast bowler. End of the day doesn't really matter how fast you bowl and how good is bowling, what's matter is wicket. Even our domestic level he has difficult time to pick up wickets. So until he sort out his accuracy he never can be good bowler.

Not just abul, many of our pacers lack accuracy and discipline, aside from mash, every so called "pacer" will struggle badly to land 10 in the good length on the 3/4 stump line.
