Why has BD failed so badly in Test cricket ?

What do you think are the reasons ?

I think the main cause of this is the lack of a proper FC league at the domestic level.

These may be the possible solutions :

1. Have a FC league of 6 teams which will run for 5 months not less.
   
   
2. Each team will be playing 10 matches home and away min.
   
   
3. Include players from A Teams of India,Pakistan,Sri Lanka & Australia.
   
   
4. Include very talented players from Ireland,Zimbabwe & Holland eg.-Nial O'Brian,Ryan Ten Doeschate,Brandon Taylor
   
   
5. Hire an outstanding coaching stuff and club managers.
