Afghanistan is not winning against us in our home soil in ODI. If they do, all credit to them where the giants failed. Dont worry about these practice matches.

And if Fizz was playing, neither is England winning. But minus fizz, England has slight upper hand i think.

I am not worried at all just glad cricket is back

Nervous--every time Shamim mentions, "What a delectable stroke through the point region, uppish and racing away to the boundary line.".

OP, you were so nervous, yet you still went to watch the match live at the stadium.

Are you trying the sue the Shere Bangla Cricket Stadium committee?

Ask for no less than $175,000,000

I went to the stadium because it was worth watching us play against Afghanistan who are a decent side and I was rightfully nervous. I wouldn't bother if it was Zimbabwe

I expected us to lose the first match but not the 2nd. No excuse for the loss in the 2nd match, not even the nonsense called "rustyness"

Afg played well and deserves to win. Heck, if they didn't choke they would have won the 1st game and thus the series too.

It's hard to swallow as BD fans but it is what it is. A rude awakening for the BD fans who thinks we are a top tier ODI side. Still long way to go..

Man, I must say, we/I should have listened to our dear Maharram bhaiya. He sensed it right. Things change. Team's performance changes. Time changes. And we lost.

Afghanistan is playing great cricket. Cricket wins. Salute to team Afghanistan.

My ain't fingerpointing fun!

@Houstin3:16

India beat Bangladesh by a hair breadth in T20 but you don't see us going around thumping our chest: oh oh we almost beat you.

Here's a slice of your humble pie. There's plenty more. Don't be shy...go on. *nudges*

everyone should be afraid of Afghans because they are improving side, fearless side they can give anyone hard fight not only just Bangladesh. For me I don't see Afghans as lower as some people think of them, I rank current Afghan higher then Zimb and Pak. So, Bangladesh should play them as other major team.
