Atahar Ali Khan was the first MOM winner for BD. He won it long ago in an Asia Cup match against Srilanka for scoring 78

Reckmyback,
Crap. Nafees held an innings together from a very bad position, and put a very defensible number of runs on the board.
One of those LB shouts goes the other way early, and it's a very different game.
Well done to Nafees. He earned it.

How did we all forget to mention that JO was the man of the series in the last Test series along with Tresco!!!!
Is there anyone else in BD team, besides JO and Enamul, has earned this honour?

IIRC, Javed was only BD team's "man of the series", not usual man of the series.

JO (like Ashraful) was the man of the match on his debut, against Zim.
There are only four instances in Tests of someone winning a man of the match despite his team losing by an innings - Ashraful (2) and Omar were responsible for three of them.

Don't forget !- Aftab Ahmed Also became the Man of the Match against NewZealand in Dhaka last year.
He took five wickets for the first time as a Bangldeshi bowler in ODI history and still holds the best figure. (5-31)

If we are not only restricting these MOMs within the ODIs and Test matches, I can add one more :
Shahriar Hossain Biddyut was given the MOM award for his centuries in both innings (133 & 121*) of a first class match against MCC. He was the first Bangladeshi cricketer to do so.
