OK - I definitely numbers there...

why don't you want BD v AFG - it will be a cracker! I hope we have Tamim, Shakib fit for this match (and any other matches for that matter).

Site may be legitimate but how the tickets are delivered between buyer and seller is not. Viagogo is a middle man.

Last years champions trophy semifinal BD vs Ind I purchased 2 ticket I ended up with an empty envelope from UPS luckily I opened the envelope in front of the delivery driver and got his statement, called viagogo immediately who called me back 30 minutes before the match start to offer alternative ticket however I opted to take the money back. I did end up going to the match as more tickets were made available on official site. Learned my lesson of not buying tickets early and paying too much.

So this year I bought 8 tickets (4 matches) when the tickets was available in June.

I might just go to Ireland and watch the BD vs IRE and AFG tri series. Will be the same squad and less crowd, cheaper tickets, and there won't be a reliable stream.

Personally I like watching games on TV more than being at the ground. Access to cricinfo, climate control, don't have to worry about rain, etc.

Yes, I know, tok angur.

This is actually not so tok angur.

One of my favorite thing is watching live events - mainly sports and concerts. Most sports are great watching from live stadium but cricket is one of those games where I think watching on TV is more enjoyable.

The reasons:
1) you can observe ball movements up close from TV. From stadium regardless of where u seat - it is very difficult to track minute movements.

2) it's a long game - sitting in a chair for that long gets very irritating.

3) Desi crowd are very poor spectators to be watching games with.

I left a BD cricket game 3/4th of the way because i couldn't stand the crowd - and these are "our people". Every hour there is someone fighting over some seats or some comments hurled at another person - these are all supporting the same team. I never seen anywhere fights between supporters of the same team.. it's always taunting the opposite fans.

i applied mainly for Pak and india game in WC but Rinan told me those games will not be enjoyable because of the crowd - the other games will be fun to watch.. v aus, nz, eng. And he is absolutely right, i didn't think about it at that time. But eid is also around that time when we play nz eng that's the problm.

Irish grounds are best for watching cricket, i went last year for BD/Ire/Nz series. it’s like you watching cricket on your local park, no barricade no gallery , you can seat wherever you like.
I might go this time too.

I used viagogo to get the Ind v Ban CT17 tickets - had to pay £50 extra for each ticket. It paid off then but it is risky.

As a whole though, ICC really should cut down on the prices - £195 for a bronze ticket to the final?!?!?! Complete rip off!!!

A guy has multiple tickets for all the BD matches, just spoke to him.
At first, I thought brilliant, very timely.

He gave me original prices for all the matches (£18-20 per ticket).
So I offered him, £30 per ticket..

Guy's response ' mate you haven't done this kind of business before, I am looking at £80-100 profit per ticket'.

Me. What the hell???

^ do not reward him. I dislike scalpers . They denied u from getting a ticket with the intention of selling .

Try to find true fans who will give u the tickets at face value (there are ppl like that ) and buy them beer/samosa...

The stadiums capacity are low so tickets are a bit limited supply to begin with and these ppl grabbed a lot of these for resell . Maybe wait till the day of the game ....

Anyways ur offer was a poor one lol .

Lots of tickets on viagogo .. stopping me from buying only on principal .

I am still looking for members who has extra tickets (see signature )

Not directly a ticket question but related to viewership

Those who already used Willow subscription do you know when I can subscribe for WC only?

http://www.cricketzine.com/cricket-w...-icc-cwc-2019/

Also for back up is there a good Gazi link that works in USA?
