Teams batting first are getting an unfair advantage in this tournament

Looking at the results , over 65% of the matches have been won by the team batting first , this is the problem with flat pitches . Yesterday even Australia could not successfully chase down South Africa's total and they are in the top 2 while South Africa had a poor tournament. Now if the gap is too big between sides it is not a problem as is the case with India and Sri Lanka but it is frustrating to see toss deciding matches.

Further look at the highest successful chases in this world cup:

Bangladesh 322 (vs weak WI bowling attack)
India 265 (vs weak SL bowling attack)
New Zealand 245 (vs weak BD bowling attack)
New Zealand 242 (vs SA)
Pakistan 238 (vs NZ)

The highest successful chase against a good bowling attack was only 242 by NZ and 238 by Pakistan. This was very much a tournament where if you scored 250+, you would most likely defend it and win.

ICC must answer this!

Against weaker teams, who have weak bowling or indisciplined fielding, high scoring pitches favor England because no matter the target, they can chase it down. Also, weaker teams usually fall short in chasing a big target.

This will not be the case against IND, SA, and AUS, especially if ENG has to chase. England bowling is weaker, and if they are set a 350+ target, against a disciplined fielding and tight bowling, they will fail 66% of the time.
