Default How should our superstars be treated?

1) Players can ask for rest from any important series

2) there is no curfew especially for the youngsters

3) everytime our player scores a 50 in test they will be given one acre of jomi in Noakhali

Others please contribute to the thread

As mentioned by Rifat, they should be treated as human beings. But it's a two way road, they should also respect their fans and think twice before making sensitive comments on live TV and press conferences. Some dignity and humility is all I ask of them.

We fans like to worship our so-called Universe Beaters/Superstars by celebrating mediocrity. Lets compare the reaction fans have when a Australian player scores a hundred. And an Bangladeshi player scores a hundred.

Tell that to the guys at the gallery. I am waiting for the moment, for the fans to get so excited that they come running onto the pitch.

I like how you think, I think your the kind of guy that will tell someone to f@#k off if you do not like them, instead of parading around fake emotions.

Your to the point and don't endlessly ramble useless crap, this place needs more posters like you. Please continue speaking your mind. I thoroughly enjoy it.

JUST like any other Workplace:

Admin - Employees - Customers.
BCB - Players - Fans/viewers.

Just like any other workplace, as an employee you get bonus/kudos (reward) on top of the salary. Just as employees can take a vacation at their will. Customers (Fans) have the choice to buy the product/services or go else where.

Those who don't like the company (BCB) or the employees (players) or how they are being handled, you can take your money somewhere else and buy Ind/Pak/Aus Cricket. DON"T LET THE DOOR HIT YOU. Many have left Bangla Cricket. You wouldn't be the first nor you would be the last. pakpassion and other sites are waiting for you with OPEN arms.

Poor analogy as most customer/company relationships are not bound by nationality. For Bangladeshi cricket fans, we have no choice but to keep supporting the team and the BCB. You can't "buy" India or Australia cricket, because they don't cater to you in the first place.

This is a monopoly, not a free market.
