Further evidence that Riyad is the best limited overs captain in the country by a mile.

Last over had many hitable balls and they didn’t even middle one. Bopara is the modern day Misbah 2.0. Guy is in his own zone, batting how he feels like.

Good 2nd fifty for RR. Coming off 36 balls. good controlled partnership going on. This fella Nahidul seems matured player, not hacking or panicking and playing wild stuffs like Banglar Hulk!

44 off 24 needed with 6 wickets in hand. Exciting finish ahead. Should get this. Great partnership by Nahidul and Bopara. At last a local batsman for Rangpur stepped up.

One thing for sure. He is not a big hitter, Nahidul or hasn’t got power hits. Touch player. Some full tosses, outside off balls he hardly connected. Good innings nonetheless. Now get out!

Omg!

Down the leg side full toss on the free hit. This dude Nahidul run out of gas.

His partner Bopara makes up, with a massive six!

If RR lose blame will go to Nahidul. He has been poor on easy hit me balls. Even that full toss down leg on free hit, he didn’t even have a proper full whack at it. Jheez!

Run out after his 50. Should’ve got out man. Ffs annoying as hell. 6wickets in hands 44 off 24 with some big hitters to come. Nahidul wasted 10-12balls in the end

Left it too late. Wasted easy hitable balls.

RR deserve to lose. Been lucky to win some close ones.

This guy nahidul needs to be told. If you’ve runout of gas hit the hitwicket get out. There was thisara and mash to come.

Also Boparas snail ish innigs didnt help.

Why they didnt up the tempo early I will never know. EFFING thisara perrera and mash was still to come and they bottled it.

Rangpur could have pushed Thisara up the order, even in the previous games.

Mithun scored 3 off 10 balls in the power play.. This guy is such a waste in the top when locals are fighting for spots..

Honestly, Riyad looks like captaincy material.

He speaks well to. Has a calm head. Just needs to get rid of the word “Obviously”, using it at the start of replying to a question asked at the pre/post match interviews.

Yeah I won't worry exactly about all our players "mudradosh" but I am impressed with his thinking pattern. And obviously he is very calm.

Time to watch my adopted favorite team, SS.

Damn I am like reverse Aklemalp, but for SS. Even though my family hails from Dhaka.
