24 hours/ 14 mods = 1.71 hours per mod

Sad that Roy_1 had to get banned. A warning would have been ideal. I saw those posts. If it were up to me, I would have warned BOTH parties involved; not ban one and let the other off the hook.

I said there are 14 in number but only few is active

I miss Sum_1,Parosan, horizon etc decent Indian posters. now the only decent Indian poster we have who actually takes part in the forum is Roy_1, sure he goes unnecessary super sayan sometimes but overall a good guy who you can go into a decent argument with if you are being decent yourself.

we are actually responsible ourselves for these Indian posters to stop posting. this forum at terms became way to much anti India for decent Indian posters to hang around. as a result now you get trolls like austin

in terms of community yes you are right but actually I was saying in terms of administration. the big guns are missing. Mods do not run the forum

Then why haven't they given the administration to mods that are present. This is short sighted thing to do.

I see what you are saying. Wish the admins were around so we could do something about this. Mods should be appointed based on their availability to assist and taken off of their title based on their inactivity. Just my view.

I would like to apologize for my part in this mess. Yes, this thread was a bit provocative, and in hind-sight, I regret opening it, even apart from the nonsense that has ensued since. And I do have to accept responsibility for my part in it. I won't go into my reasons for what led me to start this thread, because it simply does not matter - what's wrong is wrong.
