The super sub system is designed to make the one sided matches more one sided.

Supersub makes chasing easier. It'll be much harder for BD batting first to win but just a little bit easier chasing.

It effects our fielding severly because we can't use Rajin as our 12th man and that changes the entire dynaimcs of our fielders. Rajin is one of the quickest fielders in the world. He is a good leader on the field. If he was fielding on the first day he would not have allowed the lathergic body language that our fielders showed.

(if only his bat would wake up!)

If ICC really want to make matches more competitive, they should start handicap system. Example, 220 is the par, teams averaging less that 220 gets the difference hadicapp that applies to their score as bonus. Averages based on the last 20 ODI.

Had we have this system, BD would get around 40-50 runs handicap against Srilanka and it would be a very close match.

To make it more interesting, the handicap can even be based on the last 10 matches between the competing two rather than overall average.

No need to have all-rounder . England played "Solanki" against Australia not "Flintoff" and still they managed to draw in the final . So , it doesn't matter who is the super-sub .

How about handicapping Football(soccer) when Bangladesh plays Brazil. Should we get 10 goals and then Brazil has to score 11 to win. If they score only 10 goals there is a tie-breaker and their goal-keeper has to have one hand tied to his back and their shooters has to keep one eye close. Our shooters can wear sunglasses to confuse their keeper. And the referee should be "Dolil Khan".

Not really! if u have a bowler as a supersub you can utilize him better by batting first. It really depends on the selection of the player, and the toss and the captain's decision. but if you have a batsman as the supersub then you are correct. Batting second would be a better choice.
