Nice thread.
Pls share some food pictures from both countries.

Good to see Sakib doing well but I think Navo or someone else shared Sak's batting records where we could see that he bats well in 1st ODI of a series and then nothing comes from his bat, hope that won't be the case again.
Sabbir is in poor form since his BPL hundred but I see no harm trying him at 3, but if Nurul comes in for Rahim then I will want Sabbir to bat after Sakib.

Rubel should come in place of Soumya and hope Rubel won't be bowling too many short & fast deliveries like Task.

We need wickets, that's the only way we can win, need Guptill,Laittham & Kane cheaply.

Taskin needs to chill with his short deliveries. NZ batsmen will clear the small boundary with his 135-140 bouncer

Phast bowler. Nelson is a small ground. Same ground where Scotland scored 317 and we chased it down.

Taskin to score a hundred if he persist with his short and phasttttt deliveries

Get its act together how? You should watch the game instead of posting lol.

I watched the entire game and didn't post anything during that time.

And bowled very few yorkers. Even a top edge goes for six here. Needs to pitch it up a bit more. I feel like Rubel will do the same

I tried..lol

I was too busy with the holiday yesterday than the game...so I made up my mind a few hours before the game to go along with the match thread to post and follow up with the discussion...

In regards to getting it's act together, I really think that a way should be created to clear up congestion during matches.....

But that is impossible to do....

I look forward to this match...

So what score do we have to restrict NZ to? 320? And what is the safe score on this ground if we bat first? 370???? These NZ grounds are so weird man.

Why does Tamim Block too much in PP? we know he is aggressive right?

he completely ruins the PP, and sends shivers down the order.. creates bad momentum.

Imrul and Tamim has to start hitting and rotating strike.. doesn't hit..nor rotate..

I am praying we get Rubel back.... Mosaddek's performance was a special surprise for me. All of us were expecting him to struggle in those conditions. But he looked solid and can definitely play well down the order. He is also good enough for 3-4 overs. Having Rubel back will give us a solid bowling attack.

If Mushy doesnt make it back, then I guess we have to keep Soumya and give me another chance. But we need Mushy at any cost. Need Riyad to perform.. its his kinda condition. On grounds like these, he should be able to smack em all over the park.

And hoping Imrul scores more... he is the aggressive guy and him batting 15 overs will automatically mean good runs on the board.

A good plan would be to open the bowling with a spinner.

Tommy Latham may be out of his comfort zone.

We badly need Miraz in the 2nd odi especially when our trundling brigade hasn't been doing that well off late.

Besides, almost all the top order batsmen from NZ r left hander and they r known for their weakness against spin.

Should be the last match Soumya ever plays if he fails here. Also wanna keep an eye on Imrul and Sabbir. Wtf is their role? Score in 1 match and make ducks in the next 10? Cmon replace these punks ASAP.

Someone needs to break into beast mode, and take the Kiwis up on the challenge of winning the series....

Imagine all 7,776 in attendance witnessing another one sided game...

That wouldn't bode well for the organizers and the ticket-monsters...hehe

Define beastmode.

For Belim (and many) it is 120 ball 18.
