You can easily tell the need of a taller WK from that wide take by Liton, see how easily he could just walk to it and grab. For Mushfiqur it would have been a wayward dive and still a half chance.
What is Mahmudullah doing!!! Letting the game go easily with so many gaps easy singles taken. Guy is still overjoyed going to Pakistan and Having some lahori biryani!!!
Bangladesh are a poor side. End off. T20 BD will never improve. Ever. With likes of Tamim going so slow, two one type of openers, they after 10 ov start playing like an ODI match, captain is a dull idiot who doesn't know how to apply pressure at the right time.
Man like Malik showing experience. Can a BD batsman do this at this situation when he came in?
Liton das played a strange innings, Mullah coming at 4 it's unheard of. Why change batting around? Sarkar was kept to late, batsmen werent used probably. Far too soft cricket after 9overs. Between 9-15 was like ODI.
Tamim fat iqbal just retire from T20s after the World cup. BD does not need your slow starts it's a 20 ov match and theres liton das and sarkar to open!! Even Shanto, Afif can open. There's players can do his role and better. It's a 20ov not 50. I still think Tamim is valuable in 50ov and a must in Test.
The atmosphere is DEAD. Pakistan fans in the crowds are like how Bengali singers concerts, they just sit and cheer now and then. They have lot to learn from BD stadium atmosphere.
Malik won them the game with ease. Experience was crucial there. Had he got out then there might have been some nerves kicking in. Experience if used well is so valuable in such situations. In the end it looks easy as that.
Tamim is a liability. Problem is even the coaches are backing his so called "anchor" role. They dont want to admit that Tamim is not suitable for T20s anymore.
Domingo said that they want to follow India's footstep. India didnt hesitate to drop guys like Dravid, Tendulkar, Sehwag, Dhoni when they started to get little older and form started to diminish. Perhaps BD should also start thinking of life without Tamim in T20s now

He cannot keep tidy line, his zip is gone, his slower cutters are hardly much used nor affective. His bowling action seems bit changed but does seem isn't putting the effect to spin/cut the ball like before. Saving himself from injuries so it cannot affect his earnings? Understandable, coming from such humble background living under such before to now MashAllah millionaire. To me his bowling likes soft, like of bite, theres no desire like when he started. He seems far to lethargic.
This pitch was slow and good for the old fizz when he started. There was grip on offer, slow wicket and he looked like as if he is bowling with a dew. Completely turning into a nothing now.
Time to bring Taskin back into it. At least he has more pace, bowls seam up. Need him going again.
Man o man how the deshi players get so excited and then all of a sudden go awol either with; after marriage or some success in life as a cricketing, making some taka early on in their career but then bang... they're gone! Into a world of comfort and araam. Even though there's always more to earn and to gain they can't Stop themselves get easily satisfied.
Look at Nadal-Federer, look at Messi-Ronaldo. Learn something khet morons! Learn. You've made jackal, you're nothing in front of them even what they made in their first year in the respective sports - you khet minded players wont be able to make in your whole careers. But, do they get satisfied and complacent? No, they keep going, year after year, performing at the top of the highest level; because they professional and as professional sportsmen you keep your professionalism going every year. Other things like money, earnings are left to the side, it comes and will keep coming automatically as long as your train/work hard, play your best, have the right attitude, drive and focus on your game. Learn you tiger wannabes, learn. Chi.
