Very different now. I am the first poster and Miraz bhai is the thread opener! So the result must be a different one. But its all useless now.

In my team Ashraful will open with S Nafees and we will play with 3 seamers and two specialist spinners.
We need to change the game plan. The conservative approach should be over for the final ODI.
If Zimbo's make it 4-1, we will loose our every pride.

Where is Ali Asghar Lobby? He needs to be in the team. I say we recall Lateef miah too.

In that case , we need to take of Sahadat and Mashrafee for their well deserved rest... brink in ChaCha and Mr. Loby. Mr Shaheen MP can be the waterboy instead.
We all know about ChaCha. Uner Bohud Gun. But I also heard Mr. Lobby can run very fast and throw it-patkel very well ( during the scuffle with Police). Now we will have a real veteran Team. Who dare to fight with team. They are not only great with physical talent, but also very good in mental game ( office politics, etc)

5000 posts. Congrats mate. Love your work. Now are you going to jump up and down and make a big fuss like Sydney did with his 1000th post earlier in the week?

I would prefer Faruk as captain. as he was the captain in 1994 ICC trophy where we lost to Kenya due to his snail pace batting (7 runs from 35 balls in chasing 295 (i forget exact figure, it is somwhere betn 292-295 runs) so that we can be sure that we will be blackwashed by Kenya!!!!!!!!!!!

Bye
I will not write any more comment about the last ODI against Zimbabwe and also the Kenya series. This is my silent protest to the BD team for their absolute rubbish playing in this series. Hope you all will enjoy. Thanks. Bye.

You remind me my most pathetic day of BD cricket history....
Yes i was hearing the radio at Rajshahi University, Kenya bated first and had scored 292. Bulbul and jahangir was our oppener........ they were scoring over 6 run rate... i remember first wicket had down at 140 (jahangir)... then bulbul got out shortly.. then our so called talented faruk came and scored as you said 7 runs from 35 ball. at the end athahar tried his best with hitting some sixes and bd finally scored 282 by 7 wicket.
if i am not wrong he caused bulbul run out as well in that mach. after all these extra ordinary performance he become the selector of bd cricket and now bd cricket become Faruk cricket co. ltd.
So i agree with you he deserve the captaincy
