Considering the seaming condition and recent form, I don't believe SRK will be in the playing 11. It is most likely Robiul, and Rubel/Sajedul. Mominul might also be dropped as Mr. Fantastic is back....

They have taken extra pacers as the filler, as bd pacers are injury prone and it is difficult to replace anyone quickly to zim..

Mominul was the most consistent batsman in the series!!

Shahadat is a Test specialist so we want to continue with him. We are having a shortage of pace bowlers, so we need him to perform.

A guy whose test bowling avg is 160+ in last 3 yrs is our test specialist bowler. I have lost my words.


I will boycott watching each and every match if SRK makes the playing XI in this tour!!!

mominul performed well in the last series and naeem in his last series got a ton so not surprised marshall is dropped, plus shakib is back. you can only fit so many batsmen into the squad.

Test Specialist. Soon they will say he has pace thats why we picked him after he gets hammered in tests too. What happened to Akram Khan's other son-in-law Abul? Injured? How can it be he is not in the squad, did sun rise from the west today or what.

Its a 14 member team, they can easily select marshall ayub.plus he can bowl his leg spin.

So lot of disappointment regarding inclusion of Shahadat. To me lack of options went in favour of Shahadat.
Overall I am happy with the squad.

ok squad, SRK is picked but most probably it will be Rubel & Sajedul in first Test, I believe SRK is picked as an item boy.

Don't think Sak won't bowl a few, otherwise spin attack looks good with Enam jnr & Gazi

Good squad for the most part. The only selection that I don't like is obviously Shahadat but I'm fine with the rest. Congrats to Sajedul for making a comeback. Hope he does well if he gets the chance.

How could we fit Marshal in unless you wanted an 8 man batting lineup? As it stands, either Mominul or Riyad are going to have to get dropped. Marshal would've been just a waste of space.
