A big loss for BD national team. Until he performs.

According to Ash (reveled by him in prothom alo interview) he will get 2.5 Million Taka from MSC by end of December. Which can go upto 4 Million according to a key MSC official! Go figure!

Without these three players Mohamedan would be very weak. Tamim is the pillar of the batting and Riyad hold the key for MSC's bowling. MSC should look for quality foreign replacement.

No.

They will all show up in the morning. BCB will have some kind of lottery and will decide who will play against whom for that particular day.

Twenty twenty was a big success this year and a lot of credit goes to Desh Tv for showing most of the games live. I hope the trend continues and more channels come up to compete for the cricket coverage. TV channels here in US spend millions of dollars to get the rights to show the game. This is definitely a business opportunity to explore for Bangladeshi channels if they can do it properly.

Only a few of them.
League will end in mid December. Zimbabwe series ends on 5th November.

I think only 15/20 out of 84 games they might miss.

Btw games supposed to start today.

Didn't hear anything about it in the newspapers nor from Miraz bhai.

When is it actually starting? According to TC calender, its on OCT 23rd, which is today.

GT wl capitalise first half of the tournament as they have most iclers in their team. Abahani wl also do well. Not sure about Mohammedan performence as they wl lose most of their valuable player in the 1st half of the tournament.

you mean classed as List A : No is the answer. Only NCL 4 day is classed as FC matches and and NCL one day as List A.

The championship fight will be between Abahani, Mohammedan and Gazi Tank.

Other teams have no chance. They can only make impact if they are able to recruit a foreign player who will consistently win them matches.

Abahani all the way again this year.........

It was supposed to start on 23rd. Now it might start on 29th. They are not sure of it as well.

None of the grounds are free. BKSP is busy with Asian Games or something like this. Fatullah with Zimbabwe practice games. Mirpur with Zimbabwe ODIs.

I think it will not start before November 1st. These idiots in CCDM didn't think of it when they made the fixture? sHALARA SHOB STUPIDS!!!

It speaks of about the co-ordination and competency of our officials. Most importantly they are not serious.

7/8 rounds. 3 games in each rounds. There will be a total of 84 games including the semi-finals and final. So they are not goin to miss that many games.

I would like to see more quality pacers like Farvez Maharoof come to Dhaka League. I think our youngsters can learn from these players on how to bowl in dead wickets like ours. Certainly, they will also learn how to buff up to sustain the career as pace bowlers. It will be an exciting tournament..

Does anyone have scores to the opening matches that took place today ? (or is it tomorrow).

Mods, please make this a sticky replacing the DPL 20/20 one.
