Looking at the warm up games, looks like most pitches will be batting friendly. Sadly, this is where team BD is also struggling in at the moment.
If liton can get his groove back, we will have a much much better chance.

Dharamsala where we have our first match is a bit of a puzzle. It could be high scoring or teams could get skilled out for 120. In any case it will definitely offer early movement for the fast bowlers. I’m curious to see what the think tank would do in case of winning the toss. Our default winning formula against the Afghan’s usually is to bat first, get a decent total and put scoreboard pressure and it had worked well in the past including the two previous World Cup wins against them. |

These T20 games in Asian Games actually have international status! Should have sent a stronger team given there is potential to win a rare Gold Medal in Asian Games. Dodged a bullet against Malaysia today. At one point Malaysia needed 6 runs of 11 balls to win with 4 wickets in hand and they managed to lose from there!! |
