I can't agree with this. The teams ranking is ODI rankings. Hense when NZ and SL met in the super eight match SL was the lower seed. At that time, in the WC table SL was ahead of NZ (equal points but better NRR) but still the lower seed. I took full advantage of that and tend to take full advantage yet again (with risk).

I guess either take the double out or both NZ and SL can have a double. Cause if we are applying the double rule from the super eight we can not change that rule. SL deserves a double cause they are the weaker team (by ICC ODI ranking).

whatever happened, happened let it go it is not a big deal like umpire giving lbws when not out.

By the way cricket_pagol got the right MOM for SL vs NZ match looks like so far.
