Default "A Shocker" from ICC ousting Ashoka!!!

Seems like the world's cricket governing body has finally come to its senses and ousted the useless pathetic and dismal Ashoka de Silva from this World Cup, who you may remember is responsible for numerous dubious decision again Bangladesh, who have had the misfortune of having him officiate in more of our matches than I care to remembers. Another win for the DRS!!!

Ashoka the Imbecile
Ashoka the Tyrant
Ashoka the Savage

Out out out with you useless shite!!!

The question is, where will ICC deploy him next? Every nation should object if he was to umpire their match, citing his "success" rate with DRS.

We would have lost agianst Ireland if Ashoka officiated in that game. I thnik it would be roll of dice since he has something against the smaller teams.

What is Asoka's plan? If coaching, we can hire him as the head coach.

Edit: After reading the article I can not be happy. Asoka's career is not over, rather he will be used more for weaker teams. We are still in the weaker league.

it depends on who the grihosto is. If the grihosto is a poor man with no balls then it's ok and could go on forever.

He is the most incompetent umpire along with Moni. I am glad he is identified by ICC, finally. But this also means more bad news for us. Now on, ICC will not use him on the G8 matches, thus will become a permanent umpire for Bangladesh, Zimbabwe and Ireland.

Sucks to be minority.

Default Take that - umpire Asoka de Silva

Asoka de Silva dropped from crucial WC matches

Many of the oldtimers can remember Asoka. he had taken many wrong decisions against Bangladesh in many series and he also used to play cricket league in Banfaldesh. After his questionable umpiring in Bangladesh vs Pakistan test match I lunched a web site called dumbestumpireoftheworld.com or something like that with a picture of Asoka de silva This guy should not umpire in any form of cricket. And of course not in Bangladesh match.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Asoka de Silva, whose decision-making has come in for intense criticism during the World Cup, will not officiate in a couple of key group games that he was originally marked for. de Silva is the only umpire among the 18 deployed whose success percentage in reviewed decisions is less than 50%.
He was supposed to have been one of the on-field umpires for Thursday's crucial match between England and West Indies, and he was also the third umpire for the India-West Indies game. Instead, according to ICC's revised schedule, he will be the fourth umpire in the Ireland-Netherlands match on Friday, and will be an on-field umpire in the Zimbabwe-Kenya game on Sunday. Both those games are inconsequential, with all four teams already out of the World Cup .......
