Banned from U2U

Please can u tell me why am I banned for the U2U service. It is true that I sent the advertisement of my site to the members through U2U. But after I was warned I stoped sending adds. Is the ban parmanent?

Here's what you did: you begged Tintin to join your board and when Tintin did you the favor you sent out u2u's to BC members which read -

Tintin was not even aware that you were using his name in this manner. To put it nicely, it was very dishonest.

I hope you will use a more honest approach from now on. If you want to put an ad, you are more then welcome to do it.
