Thanks Akib. I am exiting from PC this weekend due to fatigue. I want to focus on staying in SOD 1.0.
Alhumdulillah, so far, I have done MUCH better than Parvez during his last season SOD 1.0 specially, if you compare his high skilled team to my low skilled team. So it must be the manager, who is better
With this kind of Epic win in the pocket, I am thinking of running for BD NAT manager next season

Ma'ShAllah Da'wah bro keep it up.
from BC this year at PC Parvez, me and da'wah have made it to round 4 so far...i am not sure if any other BC member has made it this far this year(maybe WishUHere bro) but This is the farthest I have managed in PAvilion cup in my last 5 tries....
fatigue is killing me too...I wanted to rest everybody for the important upcoming PC match so lost against a very weak team due to pathetic batting using a second string XI!. i guess BCR will remain to be the "Pakistan" team of FTP..(we are the most unpredictable team here... )

yes Rifat bro I am still in PC! But tomorrow will be the end of my PC journey I guess. My keeper is almost clinically dead (his summaries dropped to reasonable ) and missing 4/5 catches each match due to fatigue. I am up against McNeuk next match. He had to play against a bot in the last SOD, whereas I had to play a very tough team in my SOD match. So bye bye PC...
Its been long since we last played...want a friendly? If you want we can arrange friendly after our PC run is over. How are you doing in the leagues? Are you in div 2 yet?
Anyways narrow victory for me in my last SOD match.
Result: outback won by 19 runs
Match Ratings
outback BVCC
Batting - Top Order: 9,467 9,052
Batting - Middle Order: 6,775 6,541
Batting - Tail: 3,353 2,303
Bowling - Seam: 8,890 (4) 8,974 (6)
Bowling - Spin: 10,047 (6) 10,307 (4)
Fielding/Keeping: 8,270 7,269
Overall: 147,761 138,624
BVCC is very much fatigue driven! He has a very good team (was in div 2 couple of seasons ago) and couple of awesome fast bolwers.
@Dawah bro: impressive win

I will be exiting PC this round, as surviving in SOD 1.1 is higher priority for me. few more "unexpected" wins might enable me to hang to this leave inshaAllah. So enjoy your PC

After looking at Parvez's situation I have decided to stay as BD Assistant for life, not ready for the pressure of NAT manager

i don't even know whats going on with orders for the first tour game, and i'm meant to be in the loop :S
I can't even help Parvez with his orders from past games because I've not got access to looking at the orders, nor have i got the ability to set orders should Parvez not do them...I'm as concerned as you are guys...

As assistant, don't you have access to orders as well?

As a Nat manager, you have about 7 checkboxes on each assistant on their 'privileges'.
Doing/viewing orders is one, others include scouting (using the Nat player search), view all players' skills, add/remove players from squad, add blog, mail all managers, arrange friendlies, etc.

I can't access Doing/viewing orders & add/remove players from squad.
Whenever i click on the orders, it takes me back to my club page

Can't do much 'assisting' there, or know what's happening. Same with tristanpan.
Can you see if they're done or not (a tick)?
I always had the assistants available to do everything (except the mail all managers feature on 1 or 2), never had any problems.
You always discuss players' development & selection and orders, alleviates any of that 'perceived' pressure Dawah mentioned, there isn't much at all.

when Cynic was BD NAT manager, and I was the assistant with Summit, I did not have access to the orders although Summit had I suppose Cynic and Summit did not trust me enough to give access to it

yes, but at least 1 other person had access...if something happens to parvez and there's no one able to set orders, we'll be totally screwed

The past managers i've assisted have also done the same as Burgers, so this is why i'm a little concerned. Parvez being new to the nat scene means he still needs help adjusting to the orders and how tours work. He'll be like a lone wolf if me, Nadim and Tonoy can't access the orders...
