Need help on Naming
Can any one of you give me a name for a company*? Any smart, easy pronounced, meaningful English, African, Arabic, Spanish, Latin word/name would be great.
I've tried by myself using internet but couldn't find a suitable one. It's a very important and urgent one for me. So I thought the brilliant BCites can help me the most. Guys please help.  *I'm involved

I don't understand what you are asking. how can we suggest a company name without knowing what it does? Well good thread - i like to see what people come up with. People spend a lot of money to come up with company names and logos.
How about AUNTU CO <--that sounds good to me. AuntuSoft if in programming AunBazar - grocery Aun tu Hero - Condoms Auntus Corner- Restaurant-Bar

^^^ Thanks Or... iDumb.. It would be a Bangladeshi company based in Bangladesh. It would be the local agent of different companies from all over the world. Business field would be IT, software, e-biz, tele- communication supportive stuffs etc.
It would be great to have a name from you.

iDumb when a company is registered as a Private or Public limited, the term limited or Ltd. has to be in the company name.

I can give some names should I get some info asked below: 1. Target market...who the products/services selling to. 2. Industry of the business is in... 3. Structure of the business: sole proprotorship, general partnership, inc, ltd etc. 4. Location of the business 5. Any personal preferences. 6. Nature of the business; what it will be selling,,,what kind of products and services.

If you have a truly disruptive idea/business/tech, then the branding is less of an issue. You build it and they will come - hence we have brands like MicroSoft with its effeminate connotations, they say what again of "Google", "Yahoo" etc or a generic name like "Apple".
But your business will be catering to a global clientèle and so it is important for you to pick a globally pronounceable and repeatable name. Do not pick a "daat bhanga Bangla name" - not only would it be corrupted by your clients but you will be on an uphill battle just because your name will signify something alien or third world. If you are not going to be specialized, pick a general name. That way, as you branch out or change direction your name is still usable. And in this day and age, it is very important to pick a name for which a domain is available (this can be hard, or you may get lucky like I did). Try thesaurus.com - say for example, Nexus. Hmm.. Nexus Services. Bridge Enterprise.
