Default Can't beat big teams with putuputu bowling

The only guy in our side who can bowl 140+ Kph is not getting a game
We are hoping ti beat NZ and Eng with spinners and putu putu pace bowlers like Saif and Mash.
Eventhough Saif did well but he mainly does well in the death.

For future we need to get the best out of Rubel and Taskin, also Ibadot and other speed stars.
We can use a chabuk for Taskin/Rubel if we have to, if he misses line and length, chabuk, bet diya pitaya thik korte hobey.

We badly need to come out of this spin attack dependant mind-set

Agree, the lack of a specialist spinner also hurts

Batting was never really our strength.
We beat big teams when we bowl and field well.

But ya, Lit-on being an aggressive batsman should come in for hashtag Me-toon
I wanted Liton from game 1

The sooner we come to terms with the fact that we have a mediocre no 7 ODI team, the better it is for psychological well being

I agree. Mash said they wanted to go with a extra seamer at the toss but kept the same team. I think Rubel would’ve been very useful yesterday and against NZ.

For next match, drop Mithun and include Rubel. Mosa at 5.

You think you can beat big teams with a Captain batsman who isnt physically mentally fit? A player who pretends to be a wicket keeper?

All these are putuputu mutumutu

And, some of us were thinking we would go to semis AHAHAHA
With what ?
No bowlers ? No batsmen apart from Tamim , Shak and Mushy ? No hard hitters either!
And, on top of all these we have lax fielding.

I know we will go with the same team against Aus but I don't think we can beat Aus with this bowling attack.
Rubel can come in for Mosad eventhough he didn't do anything too wrong to get replaced,
But it's all about the bigger picture

I also think playing Australia will be an uphill task although I wont change the team. Even though many are gunning for Rubel he might be a liability now and if the grounds are small he will be tonked around. Mossadek has been useful chipping in with quiet overs and his fielding has been good too.

What if Rubel has been practicing hard like Liton and Sakib during ipl? 😏
He might have mastered 150+k yorkers by now.

Ideally Rubel for Mashrafe , but we know zero chance of that happening. The other options are dropping Mosaddek or Miraz but we know that is not happening after the win yesterday and they have been bowling decent plus can bat.

To be a Master one has to be a student. First he has to learn when not to bowl bouncers which is his main problem.

Rubel should replace Mash, just for a change. Either way even Fizz would be hammered by Finch/Warner. Warner knows everything about Fizz. All other pacers are dudhbhat. Rather Riad should bowl with Mosa at least 7 overs each, reducing total pace overs to 18 or less.

We have two bowlers in top 10 in this WC with putuputu bowling. Not a bad achievement. Eh!

Walsh did not have a script for handling Warner

To be honest, it's the pitches that have been dashed out to us. All super good for batting. If you look at Sri Lanka games, the pitches they've played on have been tough to bat on. This world cup is stupid.

I thought Rubel would have been a good pick. That his pace and experience would make a difference. But was wrong. Once Mash is gone, Rubel will need to step up and be the senior player.

After Mashrafe is gone we need to find someone better than Rubel to replace him and take our bowling to the next level.

What happened to the Pacer Hunt programme which Rubel came out of ?

It will never happen. After all these experiences of 10+ years he is still the same idiot.
