We need a psychologist
Almost all the players in our team have proved in the past that they have good technique, skill and talent but what they lack is application. Clearly, this has to do with their mental approach towards the game. Im sure Dav has been talking to all the players indivudually and trying to solve this problem. But its not working. Maybe the formula that worked for Srilanka before is not working for us. Maybe it has to do with the fact that Dav is half srilankan and thats why he understood the emotions of lankan criecketers better.
I think we need a good sport psychologist who can give the right mindset to each individual player of our team. Do you guys agree?

Sport psychologist is a good suggestion and also we need a tough First Class league in the country and raise our bar for a ODI or Test CAP.
We made it very cheap to give away ODI or Test Cap to Players whom we dump very cheaply again too.
Keep the same batting order and players for time being and bring some seasoned experience players back in the team.

Maybe a psychologist with a cane in his hand is a better idea
But seriously, I think you are right. However, if the psychologist fails then we should try a psychiatrist from Pabna. All in not lost folks! We still have hope

Maybe the psychologist can hypnotise our batsmen and make them play like Lara/Tendu!

We need a Peer Baba, who can with his or her mantra destroy the opponents best player for a game and we can steal that! yeah that is how we can win some games in consistent basis.
