Default Keep Athar Ali out of Commentary Box!!

If we are to reach semifinal, Athar should volunteer to stay out of commentary box until BD win is confirmed.

I am stating to believe in the superstition that this guy is KUUUFAAAA.

He comes in when BD is doing well, says some good things and 2 balls later 2 wickets gonew. BOOM!!

All the time.

Atahar loves to fall into the trap of other commentators.

Those smart ex players can assess the game situation and entice Ata to repeat things that are very nice and redundantly spoken about for him. And voila....

Sometimes the situation is denied by our players and instantly the other commies shift the discussion.

Atahar has always been emotional. He has always been targeted by his colleagues in the box. He always tries to defend Bangladesh whenever given the opportunity.

I dont like his commentary either but prefer him to Shamim.

He is the only one representing BD and he is the only one out there to defend us in the commentary box. Yes he has few faults, gets very emotional. But I would like to hear someone from BD. Till we get someone from BD, lets continue with Atahar. Atahar is lot better than Shamim

Read in the newspaper that he gets around 1 Lakh taka per BD match for commentary. So give him more than 8 Lakh taka and he might think about staying away from the commentary box. Where is Cricbook?

Or give RAB 1 lakh taka and they will take care of it for the whole WC.

You might not like his vocals but the man is one of the most dapper commies out there.

He might not be ideal but much better than the likes of Manjrekar, Ganguly, Prasad, some West Indian commies.

I don’t understand why he doesnt do presentation ceremonies and rather they a send a shabby and unsmart looking Shamim.

LOL!!! Speaking of strong Simone De Boulevard feminist presence and the post-structural suffragette movement... whatever the hell that means, I absolutely love the female commentator. I think she is from NZ. Very positive. Doesn't whinge like the dudes there. And the way she plucked that info. of South African batsman taping his bat to the ceiling was just plain brilliant. She knows her LBW laws. Also I think Douly was saying how the left side wides shouldn't be automatic.

Some really gems this year. Also loved when the commentator dropped - again I think it was Douly- the fact that BD won more matches outside New Zealand, when just like the female commentator (Allison?) I predicted BD lost a lot. But it was only 1.

Then again Shamim Chowdhury-less World Cup is like halim made with chicken without kurkure khashir paya or Hannibal Lecter going almond milk.

I am disgusting.

Isa Guha, former England Cricketer.

Knowledge of the game is phenomenal, same goes for Mel Jones (The GOAT).

I was listening to BBC radio where these lasses were. The amount of knowledge they have about Bangladesh is amazing.

Guha in particular during the NZ match was admiring the Bangladesh fans.

On a different note I think I vaguely remember her supporting Kolkata as she is ethnically from that part.
