Speaking from personal experience? I know they eat Iguana on certain Caribbean Islands. I have heard frog legs taste like chicken though.
In Bangladesh frog is eaten among the tribal and hill track people in a darkish green curry. Most of Bangladesh will not eat it as its not permissible for Muslims. Bangladesh used to be a large exporter of frog legs to the EU mainly to Frog Land
