I would go with experienced pacers on an away tour, so no Hasan or Rana. Zim series will better occasion to try them.

Look at Reza. You just hit a six. I know RR pressure. But why hit in air again? Same problem with Tamim. Basically Tamim sets the tone of such batting culture and everyone blindly follows.

How bad are the Bangladeshi players... Pathetic innings by Sukkur, Liton and Afif chokejobs when it matters, Kamrul the idiot can't rotate the score. Rana goes from hero to zero when it matters. SMH.

Poor Imrul, Russel ruined his chance when it mattered most. Had he taken his team to the final, it would have really hard to leave him out of BD team.

Based on the performances from this BPL, I would go with the below team/squad of players.

Mohammad Naim
Liton Das
Mehidy Hasan Miraz
Mushfiqur Rahim
Afif Hossain
Soumya Sarkar
Mahmudullah
Aminul Islam Biplob
Mustafizur Rahman
Ebadot Hossain
Al-Amin Hossain

Reserve
Imrul Kayes
Mahedi Hasan
Najmul Hossain Shanto
Mehedi Hasan Rana
Shafiul Islam/Rubel Hossain

Naim and Liton are the future openers for T20 and ODI's. Tamim should be no where near the T20 team.
I think Miraz has the technique to do well at 3.
Biplob needs to be in the team because with his legspin's, he gives a different variety of spin bowling plus how do we expect the guy to improve if we don't give him a chance.
Ebadot, I thought bowled quite well at times as the opener bowler in the BPL. Plus his economy rate wasn't too bad.
Mehedi Hasan Rana should be in the squad purely to gain experience.
Mahedi Hasan can come in, if Afif or Miraz flop with the bat plus his a handy spinner.
Rest of the bowlers, Al-Amin and Shafiul, I'm going based on how well they did against India last time out and Rubel based on his BPL performances.

Like the team, except I would swap places between Miraz and Shanto. Against Rauf-Afridi's pace, I would want proper top order batsmen, not a make shift.

I wouldn't use BPL as a barometer for selection for the T20WC in Australia

There are 2 T20 WCs in close proximity. One in Aus and One in India.

Pick a team that can handle bounce and pace for the Aus one. Maybe use BPL performances for the one in India

Poor shot from Afif, Miraz held on to it, some would say good catch but such catches need to be taken every time it comes for national team.

Monotonous bowling, super monotonous batting, setting the tone of actual picture of our T20

Frylink is so predictable and yet Liton-Afif struggled during fielding restrictions!
