BD77 ALLOUT
I wonder when they going to learn. We always complain (specially our so call Batsman) that our bowling dpt.is weak.
It is our bating line is worst, when is the last time they realy cross 200.
Everytime they go to bat they just throw their weeket away.

The bowling dept did awesome. I cant complain.
Its the batting that is impossible. There is something seriously wrong in the team. No motivation, dedication or hard work.
BD needs to change the pay system immediately and pay on performence only.

Its the balance
I think that it is the imbalance that is our main weakness - not our batting nor our bowling.
Both batting and bowling are of similar level - batting is not particularly strong, bowling is also not particularly strong - its what and how you practice just before the match - that is the point.
It has been like this since a long time. That's why Gordon Greenidge is such a good coach, what he was able to do, was force the players to become a balanced side during the last world cup.

Bring GORDON back
Well I did not even like some of the comment Gordon make during last world cup . But we all know now he was dead right.
We need to hire some coach to his caliber, other wise our cricket future looks gloom.

We need Gordon back
At one point I was thinking coach doesn't matter for BD to improve our performance - I was thinking the temperment was the main problem. From last night's game, now I think BD batsmen don't know the basics of batting. They don't know how to play the ball outside the off-stick. And that's why 7 batsmen got out in the same fashion with NZ. We definitely know a very good long term batting coach like Gordon G.

Well, they got exposed to the toughest level, and BCB isnt doing or giving them right path. Like coach, practice, motivation... nothing. The pressure is building up, and mentally they are losing it all.

BREAK
All the national players need a break - like they did after Bangladesh played the first test match against India and right before the Zimbabwe tour.
And Imran Sarwar should be back as the head coach and both Mohsin Kamal and Ali Zia should be working under Imran Sarwar.

6 Months
Do you think the 6 month rest between Pakistan and Sril Lanka is good enough?

Imran Sarwar
I like that idea, give him (I guess his Abahani ties make him ineligible to take over that job under this government's rule) the team and have the two pakistanis assist him until the world cup is over. After that, bring a REAL coach, a SHRINK and a certified Bangladeshi Physio. If the BD physio fails, well, he would be in charge of some failto's so what's the point wasting people's money on bideshi's, right ?

We have been crying for a psychologist for months. Too bad, BCB or no one from BCB thinks that way.
How hard is it to see that, out batsmen are mentally weak before going into the field!!!
