What if during the time of search and construction his form wanes down?
By the time they handover the house if (not that I want to) some of his performance during that period cost us precious wins or humiliating defeats, how the public opinion will shape up agreeing or disagreeing for him to get the ownership at that time?
Better give him a moderate sized flat, it can be arranged very quickly before any probable question can be raised. I see a lot of apartments available in Bikroy and many other dot-coms.

But in kashipur it is hard to find one.. rather he should be given money and let his family do whatever they wants to, obviously after having money one of the primary wish is to have an own place to stay

lol, You mean PM's money? She earns very little under the Govt. salary. She also has to take care of her son since he is unemployed, has a family to raise, and lives abroad (Florida). Florida is way expensive than Kansas/New Mexico/Montana etc.

A family of 3 can't live in Florida for $60k/year. That can be more than enough in Kansas.

We first came to USA in 2000. Myself, My brother, sister, father, mother. my mom lived on minimum wage...father passed away in 2001. sister got married. a duplex(2 bedroom duplex house) for rent costed us about $825/month. My mom worked overtime just to support us. yeah, Alhamdulillah, we survived.
10 years later, in CT the type of house we paid for rent is about $1600/month.
of course, this is 2016, you may be right as that was 10/15 years ago.

This is what the socialist/communist govt. wants to do, keep you under their thumb. Throw you breadcrumbs and pat your head once in a while for good deeds, but never improve your situation where you can be truly independent and one day perhaps speak out against that very government because you want change. Oh no, they would not like that at all.
PM, invest in certain sectors of the economy that need to be developed, do not throw your scooby snacks at people who do a job well. They are precisely in that position, TO DO their job well.
