Why do you think SLAs get so many wickets at domestics? Our batsmen are pretty poor against SLAs.

Today, both these batsmen have strike rates in the range of 60%. I hope they will be able to pick those up soon.

I don't recall the NZ batsmen looking so edgy in their innings.

Wish we had a batsman with the mindset of kohli whose first intention is taking single.

I've noticed that no one usually gets out during an interview going on.
Finally some good running

A nice powerful shot from Shabbir was in vain as it went straight to the fielder.

Sabbir has everything going for him but he needs to improve his strike rotation. Force Imrul to run.

I'm not sure whether to be happy or worried about Sabbir hitting that SIX.

Of all the players who can't rotate strikes, I never thought Sabbir would be one of them. In fact none of our age level players are good at it, so it has to be the system.
I understand when AAA's couldn't do it, because they were gully cricketers, grew up on just standing and hitting. But Anam, Momin, Shabbir?? Only Rahim and Shakib can run, until they run each other out.

this is one type of bowler we face all the time, you reckoned after 15 years of continuous SLA facing we would be good against them by now. specially when playing in a non spin friendly pitch

Yup. Our batters always try to play too aggressively. They don't know how to play risk free cricket.
Lucky Shabbir. To edge went for a six.

True. Sigh, if they have to debate this at this level.
Behind the batsmen is always runners call, as he'll be running to the danger end. Everything in front is batsman's. But there was a run there, bad call from Sabbir. All around. Bad.
With RR climbing, we need all these singles, or else pressure will be on rookies, Nurul and Mossadek. Oh man, I' about to crap my pants.
