Downstream and Upstream

Recently I check my brodband speed and it shows my downstreamis 312 kbps and upsteram is 110 kbps.

I m npt sure which 1 is my brodband speed?

They both are. Downstream is the speed you can download at, and upstream corresponds to upload speed. The test may not be accurate. What's your ISP and where did you conduct the test?

my brodband is talktalk..
my test is okay, but is it ok for watch live cric?

Barely okay. Most streams are at around 330 kbps and that seems to be your maximum downstream. It will probably buffer.
