Take a bow Mahmudul
Scoring a ton in a WC Semi is not a joke.

Hasibul Shanto needs to shut up and work hard with the bowlers for India game.

Same here. What a feeling. I also like the way our captain Akbar Ali talks. His Bangla & English both are better than our senior captains. He does not overuse "obviously" or "if we play good in all three department" like words and sentences. He has substances in his statements.

Yeah, I don't know why but I really like Akbar Ali. I think he is the brightest prospect among all.
I think it's his attitude. I think that's what I am looking for, a born winner. He has the mindset needed to survive top level. Not saying others don't in this team, but he stands out tall somehow.
Also, I have been a fan of his batting, think he has the power and tremendous hand speed. He will get better and better. I am also aware that he might not have shown it this world cup his batting skills, but from what I have seen of him batting I think he is what I am looking for in the middle order. We need a good middle order batsman maybe that's why too.

Congratulations to the boys and a big thank to the BCB for keeping them together for over a good period of time. By far the most matured BD team I have seen, the batters were so calm and patient, leaving the good balls and playing the bad ones to its merits. All the very best for the final. Hopefully our wait for lifting a global trophy will be over on Sunday.

Credit should also go to Faisal Hossain Decans for doing a wonderful job as the fielding coach.

There was something about Akbar Ali which I had picked up on ages ago, now the whole world is singing his praise, but I have seen Bangladeshi cricket for a long time to know what actually clicks. This guy does click and boy am I excited about his prospects.
He will be a fantastic leader, I think he is the best cricketer out of the pack. It is just not skills in the middle that makes a cricketer in my opinion, it is skills combined with mental fortitude and this guy has that.
