Just poor display of batting thats all..... and good bowling too I guess. The pitch may not be a 200 scorer but it is certainly a 150-160 pitch
... which is decent
I perhaps agree to some extent. I still believe the pitches should be much flatter.

No doubt that the local batsman has been poor BUT BUT BUT

It was the international players who sucked! Malik, Smith, Pooran have been woeful.

I think OVERALL we have seen failure in batting, from both locals and foreigners.

Malik= yep only failure in my eyes.
Smith= He is no one anymore.... look at him!!! Aftab Ahmed is in better shape then this guy

Pooran= Even the best west indian batsmen struggle in BD conditions. Now consider Pooran. Dont let CPL fool you. West Indian batsmen are still as good as Zimbabwe in our conditions.

Simmons, Russell are very good in these conditions Evin Lewis came and dismantled bowling attacks. So did Gayle.

TBH there are decent players on show. I just guess its not only the batting, but also the comical running between the wicket. This has nothing to do with T20 in particular, neither with the pitch. No excuse for that

Bro forget Gayle, Russell.... Look at Mehedi Maruf and Mushy! They batted with intent and got the result. Mehedi Maruf was shuffling all over the pitch and getting to the pitch of the ball and smacking it. Same with Mushy... been using his feet brilliantly. In these conditions, against quality spinners, you need to use your feet well.

Ofcourse you need to use a lot of footwork. Some folks think T20 is about going back to the spinners. But if you go back in the crease your chances of getting out will average but the chances of getting a boundary isn't much.

Jahurul and Nabi used their feet today as well. By going down the wicket the batsman can negate any slowness or spin. Going down the track(not premeditated) is a more percentage shot, the risk increased but its T20

Now, I was fine with the pitches in the first 4 days. Those were pattas, and I mean it. Today's wicket was just sluggish. Still not a 130 run wicket by any mean. It all boils down to lack of preparation and poor coaching staff. Thats why you wanted to have better coaches from India and Pakistan, or even Sri Lanka. They understand the conditions very well.

Guess why foreigners are failing? Because your substandard local coaches don't know how to advice the foreign stars. Surely, the foreigners themselves will understand the conditions but there is a lack of gameplan if you ask me.

It all revolves around the lack of an aggressive attitude. After a couple of wickets batsman enter their shells. You have to keep on playing your shots especially against the bad deliveries

The truth is, When top int batsmen have been struggling to score in these conditions for the past 2 years, these retired or upcoming players from West Indies, England, Sri Lanka arent gonna be any better. Tamim, Imrul, Riyad, Mushy, Shakib, Mosaddek, Shabbir, Soumya, Nafees, Nasir, Anamul, Liton... these are the guys that could lift the scoring in this competition. So far most of them are playing like they dont care

Why should they care? They are paid what 50/55 lacks when someone like Bopara is paid 1.5 crore.

Tamim, Shakib, Taskin earns so much more from endorsements. Sabbir, Mushy get plenty as well.

But above all, they don't like the concept of playing in the same stadium over and over again. I would kill myself if mirpur was the only stadium I would play really.

Poor wicket doesn't help.

Under lights pitch is always flat

Dhaka and Khulna struggled before because of lackluster batting
