Damn not only we have to beat All Stars who is 10k higher than us, no kidding, we are 89k and he is 101k currently, but we have to beat him with big margin otherwise Western Warrior will pass as he has the same points as us and he has a much easier opponent to face tonight, that is river to river whose youth team is very weak. But Western warrior did lose to river to river's youth team and so did we once before, I don't know how or why though.

BTW guys the strategy for tonight to face ALl Stars youth tema was to buy a whole new 19 years old regiment, brand new, I had around 42k money last week and I spend it all on buying these guys and hoping maybe they can soemthing for the Mentals, although they never played fro the Mnetals before tonight. They are much higher ranking than my already existing 19 years olds!

Thank you Allah! I also like to thank the dhaka mental hospital's youth wing. Youth team for this win and this promotion...after fraging 5 fraging seasons or try!! Yeah, last time the this youth team got a promotion was back in season 5, and got promoted from 5.x to 4.6 and then been there for like 5 long seasons years and so many times came this close to get promo and then became second for NRR...And we did it...thank you Allah!

Next season we have got to get our SOD promotion! The Mentals are NOT DEAD yet!!

Hope next season you promote in SOD and 20/20 These are the main. If you can win them then more money, Sponsors, Gate takings etc.
Since your strategy worked in youth, Then do the same in senior. Buy older players with high EXP and decent skills for the purpose of promotion.
Spend you prizemoney on players that will get you that promotion.

We came this close to win the SOD promo twice in the past 5 seasons, but due to NRR and my stupid mistakes and negligence the Mentals remained 2nd. This season 10 also we were 2nd, last season 9 we were 2nd, I think same the season before. I can't cross this hurdle. This season 10, the team that got promoted (who won all of his games and I lost only 2 games to him, so) he was a bit better than us, he was at least 12-15k ahead of us Mentals each time we lost to him I believe. So it doesn't hurt as much, he is the deserving team to win and to get promoted and he did.

We the Mnetals had our very first season got a tripple promotion in all 3 lagues from 5.Xs to 4.Xs and then promotion became a rare and distant thing for the Mentals due to my incompetency.

Now I spent I believe 45k on those 8-9 new 19 yrs olds, and even if I going to get 0 back from them, it's very much okay, it was a very small amount (although the Mentals are financially a very poorly managed team, we go negetive in our acct. a lot) for securing that one big most important win. We will sell all of these 19 yers olds now next week on TM, they will be 20 years old then and I will have to sell or fire a total of 20 of them!! I doubt anybody will buy them though, the market right now is filled with 19 years old for sale!!
