BDFlag thoughts at halftime: hasn't been a bad world cup

We've got 275 on the board in a clutch game. Previously we posted 58 and 78 all out...on home soil!

Even if we lose, it hasn't been a bad word cup, maybe not a good one, but we've got some good stuff to build on. I'm optimistic about our long term future.

But Moeen got the ball to spin quite a bit, so we have a decent chance here. Need to grab it cuz NZ are untouchable! If all goes as planned, I won't know the result of this match for another 18 hours. I'll check back then to see what others thought.

^ Yes I think we should set our expectations and standards accordingly. Knowing Bangladesh's dilemma , I think we didn't embarrass ourselves yet (because NZ game still awaits). We defeated Afghanistan and Scotland in clinical fashion to burry those earlier concerns we had at the end of last year's Asia Cup/WT20 humiliations. So far so good. Going forward into the future, good things are to come if we keep up w/ this form.

We have managed to keep our pants on so far, unlike last time. Good advertisement for our cricket. If only we could win today...

Good recovery today. I would say given the start we had, 275 is a great achievement. If we lose i will blame Tamim and the selection. Experienced guys need to step up in big games. Mushfiq and Ryad did. Shak and Mash need to deliver with the ball.
