That's rite! Had he not lost his head due to the early success, I believe Mehrab Hossain Opee could have been one of our best batsmen in intl cricket; prbably would have been a permanent soultion to half of our opening batting conundrum.

Pretty low scoring games. Nazmus Sadat 92* and 3/35? Holy crap.

Can't believe that these guys are still struggling without the national players in these matches. I thought the scores will be 300+ in each innings.
I guess "wicket bilay deya" er obhbhash ta ei player gula te eshe pouchaise.

Khulna demoted Imrul Kayes one position - interesting move, considering Kayes is currently the most successful batsman in the OD version. I guess they wanted to have a left-right opening combo instead of sending two lefties together.

This one will be the last round before selectors pick the test squad. Eyes on Shahriar Nafees and Habibul Bashar (Pilot already did enough to get a call).

What is your feeling on Nafis Iqbal? Does he have any chance? How about Imrul, Nazimuddin?

None of those guys is in the stand by list, so I am assuming they won't be considered for the test series. However, I will like to see Nafees Iqbal being given a special consideration if he can do something special in this round.
The Stand By List:
1 Rajin Salah
2 Shahriar Nafees
3 Habibul Bashar
4 Khaled Mashud
5 Mohammed Rafique
6 Mahmudullah
7 Dollar Mahmud
8 Sajidul Islam
9 Enamul Haque Jr

Important questions lies during and after ODI series, Only then we will know
how many and who are coming back ?
As far who replaces them I have a feeling selectors have already decided who are going to NZ from the stand by list.
T_E Bhai I would love to see Nafis Iqbal ( not in the list above)back but I want to see few more good innings in NCL from him before he gets a recall.
