I have mixed feelings on this. He did show potential, but his failures are lot more than success.

Keep him in the team, try him in the practice matches which we won't get too many off.
However, I would opt for Rafiqul. This opener has done very well in the last two seasons and had some runs under his belts for the A team against Kenya.
