Default Someone help me

I have just reformatted my notebook and everything seems to be fine except that my display is a little screwed up. The colours and all are fine, but if I drag a window or go up and down my browser for example, the screen drags behind. It doesn't drag smoothly. Anyone have any ideas about how I can get this damn screen back to its usual high standards?

Not an expert, see if the resolution and refresh rate are set correctly from:

Right click on Desktop | Property | Settings | Advance

There might also some manual tweaks available for the monitor's vertical/horizontal/brightness/contrast etc from the control panel if not from some buttons below the LCD display. Hope this helps.

It happens if your video card is not properly installed. My guess is (about 90% sure as it happened to me) is that you are running your graphics card using the default driver given in WinXP. collect the actual driver from the net or use the CD if u have and install it, it will be ok. if not let us know more.
