Ariful Islam in Pakistan Junior League

PJL is basically an under-19 version of the PSL. Novel concept and a very good move by the PCB.

17 year old Ariful is the only Bangladesh player drafted and will play for Gujranwala Giants.

Ariful scored two centuries (vs PAK, and SA) at the last U-19 world cup.

How would this league survive? None of the teams can keep their best players for more than a season or two..everytime there would be a new team..I don't see the long time investment by any franchise
