Is there any off spinner who is performing good in ongoing NCL?

We desperately need a good off spinner in bd national team. is there any in NCL who has bright prospects?

I think we need to break up from our 'left arm spinner' syndrome and come up with variety of quality spinners - besides an already existing 'left arm spinners group' in our fold.

so aparently there is no good performing off spinner. i don't know what is the reason behind it- is it to hard to become OFF SPINNER or just to easy to become SLA?
