Most if not all International teams, know how to dry up runs vs Tamim via field placing and bowling plans.

Tamim on one hand is fine accepting dot balls and hasn't done anything to disrupt it.

Tamim creates lots of pressure on his partners to play risky shots. This is a very unfair situation, especially for a rookie.
