I just hope we field a squad with the intention of taking 20 wickets. We have to have 5 full time bowlers, if we want to have any chance of winning this test match. We always play 4 full time bowler and end up with part timers like Riyad bowling as the 5th bowlers. If Taskin was in the squad I would have expected 3 fast bowlers, but since he is not I'll be happy with 3 spinners and 2 fast bowlers.

Well Shakib is basically a full time bowler and arguably better than all our other spinners. So Shakib, Taijul, Jubair and 2 other fast bowlers is the best possible bowling unit.

^^ Soumya Sarker has temperament and shot selection issue. Though I would like to see him continue in ODIs as top-order bat, I reckon he should not be included in test format as he doesn't have stats to back him up for the longer version of the game.

the issue isn't with SS, its mostly with IMRUL and Mr. wannabe sharukh khan (why he is in the team is beyond me - even in last test match, this man did jack s*it). Anamul just scored around 200 runs from his last list a game and yet no place for him.

I am wondering if Tamim will be aggressive like he was against Ind & Eng or is he going to bat with a typical Test strike rate ?
Specially now that he just played attacking in the odi series and had success .
