Soopastars in the team have reached their maximum capability and are now regressing as they rust day by day towards retirement. New youngsters are lacklustre. A team was never developed. Players were never swapped for series.

The future is bleak.

Unfortunately with the current group of players we will never win any tournament or even reach the semis because they have neither the mentality nor the skill to do that. It will be better if we prepare a completely new team straight after this for the next World Cup and leave these guys to play odis and tests only.

By playing against weaker teams and in bad pitches of Mirpur, our batsmen have forgotten how to bat. It seemed as if we were blocking every ball and then milking singles.

AND MUSHY NEEDS TO BE SLAPPED EVERYIME HE GETS OUT TO A DILSCOOP SHOT.

And who exactly do we replace him with? Our team is at a risk of losing to the likes of Namibia, Scotland and Oman on a regular basis had it not been for our senior players. He is still our best player by a distance.

I remember 5 years ago people were saying Litton Das was going to be the next Sachin Tendulkar, look how that turned out. Makes you wonder just how bad our domestic cricket is when our national team is completely devoid of any talents.

The problem is our batting line up is Shakib, Mushfiq and Inshallah.
