Can we do a victory lap after we beat the next associate please?

The only reason we got even close in the end is because of WI's equally pathetic fielding effort

Alas we'll just have to live with the 2015 CWC memories 10 years from now, when Japan will upset us in the 2032 T20 World Cup Qualifiers.

Shakib opening sealed the deal that this team has lost the plot

We are on-par with Ireland and Zimbabwe on Test and T20 cricket right now, I'm certain Ireland will overtake us soon. That's just really sad.

All channels did not even bother showing post match presentation. They moved to the PAK vs AFG game straightaway!
Boys, no need to play with SA and AUS. Tell Pappu to book Shangri-La for you again, do some shopping, buy dates for next year's Ramadan and come back home.
Yo, Shakib, keep playing in IPL and getting exhausted there. You don't need to play for the national team. National team matches are just net sessions for you.
I have seriously never been so disappointed in our sissy team!!!

What happened to all those people who were mocking and ridiculing Australia after they lost a 4-1 series against us?
I saw FB posts where fans were saying T20 World Cup will practically be a cake walk for Bangladesh.

As far as batting is concerned in T20's teams need to be able to score boundaries. Top teams like Ind/Pak/Eng/Aus have a combination of good stroke players and big hitters. Teams like Afg/WI have big hitters capable of clearing the boundary. We have batsmen who are only capable of hitting a few boundaries behind the stump region once in a while with high risk cheeky shots like dilscoop. Reality is we are still light years behind the top 10 teams in T20 and will continue to fall behind top associates.

It’s so shameful that management pulled a rank turner t20 pitch to make it seem to the fans that the team are improving there was no way Bangladesh could of won without that garbage pitch curation

Gordon Greenich was right, we didn't deserve full membership in 1999. He lost his job for saying the truth.
21 years on, I doubt if we deserve to be full members. And we get angry when the likes of Shewag calls us just "an ordinary" test side. I feel like calling us ordinary is actually a very generous choice of word from him.

We take so much pride in ODIs but in reality we have very little accomplishments to show for. We're always treated like minnows or dark horses, never as serous contenders to win the trophy. This is really sad and embarrassing after 20 years of playing as a full member, even in our strongest format we're just average at best.
Something needs to change in either BCB management and or in the domestic cricket talent pipelines, otherwise I can only see things staying the same or becoming even worse for us.

Seems like Liton is the new Mithun, picked game after game. What did he do today? Missed a stumping off Pooran who went on to hit 4 sixes and then follows up with a selfish tuk tuk knock letting the rrr climb.
Fizz has lost it, time to groom new bowlers. Let him stick to IPL.
Who's idea was it to send a limping Shakib off to open? They weren't short of choices here.
Naim has no footwork and its like watching Anamul again plus the fact that everyone seems content with his barely 100 sr. This goes back to how incompetent we are in PP.
Dropping dollies everywhere.
Riyad needs to explain his comical line of us having skilled hitters. Playing only scoops, reverses and switch isn't skilled hitter. Oh...and 8 off 3 final over with Riyad on strike, wasn't fun having that PTSD.

I smirked when Atahar said that Riyad is a skilled finisher.
Have to say, it seems that Shakib's plan to be well-prepared for the WT20 by playing the IPL has back fired. He's tired and now possibly injured.

Like I serously do not get how tf you can't get 33 off 24 balls with 6 wickets in hand and 2 set batsman?
It's not even like we were facing Mitch Starc, Tim Southee or Rashid Khan in those final overs.

Liton Das pathetic selfish inning. He shuffled way too much during Bravo overs. That over killed our momentum.

I want to kill him that over, two potential wides not given because of his useless antics.

BCB made us and the world think that we have a good team. Next time, there are series in BD with such pitches, I am going to simply switch off the TV because these pitches do not test our players.

PAK requires 24 from 13 balls. Let's see how they do. Better or worse than us ?

Mash seems bitter, didn't get the heroes farewell from cricket that he wanted, but to be fair he deserved. He has already started talking like a politician, from reading that report.
I can hardly blame the coach, when we have a team full of clowns. Just imagine what will happen in 3-4 years time after Mushfiq, Shakib and Mahmudullah retires. They are already past their prime but still ends up carrying us. It will be like going back to 2004, Habibul Bashar-Javed Omar Belim-Ashraful days.
I do think end of the tournament the coaches will be used as scapegoat and no one will question BCB Management failure.
