Default Performance of bangladesh cricket team after WC-07 to WC-09(T20)

It is obvious that performance of Bangladesh team was low after WI world cup.Now it has come up to the mark. What was the cause behind this low performance?
1)Is there any role or Ashraful as a captain?
2)Did Sidons made any mistake or Dave Whatmore was good coach for us?
3)was there any role of retirement of Rafique or throwing Habibul Bashar out of team played a role?
4)Did the performance deteriorated after betraying of some players and joining to ICL?

In case of coaches Dave was 100% strategy dependant coach. He knows how to extract the highest out put from his team.So he was able extract performance from his team. But He hardly did anything to make his bats man technically sound. On the other hand Siddons is a technical coach. He wants to up lift skills of his players specially batsman rather than winning a game.Sidons type coaches take time for getting out put from his team. Once they start they keep going. So i think changing of coach was a factor for transient bad performance.

Sacking Habibul Bashar was a good move. It didn't affect our progress.

H.Bashar's ODI performance was bad no doubt but was he bad at Test?He was discarded from test team when he was on form. His departure had bad impact on test batting.
