What we want & don't want from this SL tour?

I want: At least 1 ODI win, if not win 1 ODI, then at least 1 really competitive test match (we haven't seen a single competitive test match since the last Multan test)

I don't want: Getting all out under 100 in either ODIs or in the tests (And we have been all out under 100 on a number of occassions against SL in SL both in tests and in ODIs).

What I want:
- I want our team to not to embarass us
- I want our team to play more +ve cricket in ODIs
- I wanr our team to play for draw in test

What I don't want:
- I don't want Rajin if he fails to score in warm-up matches. However in ODI 12th man is ok.

- I don't want Gullu to play defensively in ODI beyond 15+ overs when we are not in serious trouble.

- I don't want to see Innings defeat for Test or loose by 100 runs/10 wickets for ODI

- I want our team to be competitive in Tests
- I want Ashraful to open with Shahriar Nafees in ODI
- I want to see Tushar playing in the Test series

What I don't want
- I don't want to see our team getting allout under 100 in either ODI or tests
- I don't want to see our team getting beaten within 3 days in Tests
- I don't want to see Javed playing in the ODIs

What I NEED (team):

- cross 250 at least once in ODI
- cross no less than 220 when batting first
- cross 350 at least once in test
- at least 1 test ton (doesn't matter who)
- at least 5 ODI 50s
- take 7-10 wickets in each ODI
- take 15 wickets in a test
- do not concede 250 in any ODI
- do not concede 400 in any test innings

What I NEED (individual):

- ashraful average 35 in ODIs and 50 in tests for the series
- rajin to score
- mashrafee to remain economical and take wickets
- rasel to do well
- aftab to score in ODI and test
- bashar to get his groove back in test
- tapash and nazmul to get their grooves back
- rajib to break the 90 mph mark and take some wickets while not straying too much

as you can see i have wrote a lengthy letter to the santa of cricket.

I want the bowling, specially the spinners, Enamul in particular, to get some wickets.

In tests I would like to see the batting put up 300+ totals every time.

A one day win and a draw (not rain induced) in the tests would be good enough for me.

I really do not care if we lose all the matches as long as the Srilankan team is made to sweat blood to beat us.

bd batsmen to be afraid of vaas, i want them to remember how ash and co treated australian/england bowlers and they are way better than vaas. dont show respect to murali as well, the more u show respect the better a spinner gets

What I want:

For a cheap price at Dish Network I want to watch comptetitive games where a lot of our young players show a lot of maturity and flashes of brilliance which silence all our critics and my wife doesn't yell at me for watching too much cricket.

What I dont want:

Blowout games or a lot of buffers or "Too many Users" pop-ups or Pilot as our highest scorer which means there was a collapse.

I want our batsmen to learn from Sangakkara and Jayawardene on how to be patient and be a match winner.

Need:
I need BD to draw by scoring a total of 700 runs in the 2nd test.

In the ODI series, I want:
- Javed to take the singles.
-Rana to play in all 3 ODIs.
-Habibul amongst runs.
-The newbie(Shahriar Nafis) to make a world record for us (like Ash before).
-Aftab to blow Jysuria's record of most sixes in an innings


Don't want:

-Experimentations by selectors in mid-games
-Scuffle in the team-room, and a flight back home for one of the stars.
-Injuries
-Dropped catches.
And above all, no batting collapse. Keep the self-destruction for Sri Lanka.

At least one competitive test match.

I do not want innings defeat in tests and all out within 100 in ODI's.
