Just wait till Sri Lanka forfeit their match against Kenya at Nairobi and Kenya won't need to cause an upset, they will just have to beat us and Canada, which they are on course to do anyway. We should just worry about winning our match against Kenya, thats all we can do. If Kenya goes to the super sixes by earning forfeited points, no one is going to take that seriously. We just need to win our game and save ourselves the embarassment.

Sham is right !
That's how all the Kiwis & some prev generation aussies have always been.
Tommo and Richard Hadlee never played in the sub-continent, with one excuse or the other. Surprisingly, Shane Warne tried the same tactics early in his career too - he didn't need to do that against Pakistan though.
I've always considered the Indian as the sissies of the block - but atleast they undertake tours to England during the blustery days of May with fingers in their pockets just to get relief from the ice chill, while fielding.
Sorry, H_fan....
...but all these kniving shenanigans from the Western teams are simply .....
Only the Aussies/SA seem to only have players with balls.

In NZ's defense, I have to say that they did go through a pretty traumatic experience in Pakistan. The bomb went off right outside their hotel and shattered the windows of the restaurant where they were eating breakfast. I heard that several members of the team even saw severed limbs and stuff like that. Thats pretty terrible. After that, I don't blame them from staying as far away from a potential terrorist target as possible. I would too.
As for Kenya getting lucky with these forfeited points, don't worry guys, our time will come. Sooner or later, the WC will come back to the sub-continent, and when that happens, we will get to play our matches at home. The terrorist "haven" that BD apparently is, all the wuss teams are going to forfeit their matches against us!

optmisitic view
on the other hand, if new zealand jeapordize their chances, west indies don't do so well, canada and kenya lose most of their matches, then maybe bangladesh goes through!!

At least
At least the Kenyan fans are now busy with off the field matters.
(And not thinking too much about the real game against us on March 1.)

ICC Reconsiders
I am all for moving the match to a different location and looks like ICC is thinking in that route.
