coaches won't win us matches, if players are not improved in dometic league then we fail to compete. we need good coaches for dometic league, look at every country domestic league coaches, they have atleast level 2 or level 3 qualification. I have to say that Tamim, Shakib and the team a big Thank You, Do you know why? how did they manage to do well without any good coaches in domestic, literally they have done it alone without no help.

Although he is 'old' school, our players lack basics. So Roy, I think, will not be a bad choice.

No Ausies please. I'd prefer someone from SA. A genuine coach, not merely an ex player.

I like having a head coach with batting skills along with a full time bowling and fielding coaches....that makes more sense.

I think a seperate batting coach makes more sense. bcoz, batting is our number one problem area. We can have a head & bowling/fielding coach. I think BCB has decided to take Ian Pont as head coach .... I think.

Absolutely right. He sounds like more Mohsin kamal type coach.

I honestly do not care about the name. We really need a technical coach who can help develop the fundamentals in our batsmen and help them develop better batting instincts.
