But the WI openers are not able to capitalize as much, so then this only means one thing. Mash will have a huge bulls eye on his back when he comes to bowl, whenever that is.

Mash thought the spinners are going to run through WI like in tests but he forgot this is ODIs and we have lot of pacers in the side. He should have let the pacers utilize the early conditions in Mirpur

So far so good. Spinners bogging down the batsman.

I think it's a good idea to use the spinners early on. Because the ball may be wet later in the evening due to dew. Not to mention Windies lower order batsment love them some spin. It's best to get the spin over out of the way when the wicket is fresh, grass is dry and batsmen unsettled.

WI will love mash's bowling at the end anyway

selectors did not know what to do with the four openers we have since they are all in form so they decided to play all four openers

Mash will get hit to Dhanmondi League office if he bowls at the death.

Opening with two spinners is more likely from the playbook of Shakib. I wonder who's actually leading the team atm.

TBH that worries me as Tamim is the only one most stable. It’s like a deck of cards based on three wonky cards

Not really. He was Bishoo's bunny during the Test series. He has plenty of shortcomings to work out against pace as well. He is still in the squad, should use the opportunity to work with Mckenzie in nets.

I don’t really want to see Mash bowl death overs ever again. Rubel can atleast get some reverse despite being expensive
